Welcome to K&J Junk Removal! By using our website, services, or contacting us for junk removal, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking our services.
1. General Agreement
By scheduling a junk removal service with K&J Junk Removal (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to abide by these terms, as well as any estimates, invoices, and service agreements provided to you.
2. Services Offered
We offer residential and commercial junk removal, hauling, demolition, and cleanout services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, job type, and scheduling.
We do not accept or remove hazardous materials including, but not limited to:
Paint
Batteries
Chemicals
Asbestos
Motor oil
Propane tanks
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us in advance of any questionable or restricted items.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Pricing is based on volume, weight, labor, and disposal fees. Estimates provided via phone, text, or online form are non-binding and subject to change upon in-person inspection.
All final pricing will be confirmed on-site before the job begins. Once the customer agrees to the price, payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.
5. Access and Safety
The customer must ensure clear access to the items being removed. If access is obstructed (locked gates, unsafe structures, aggressive animals, etc.), we may need to reschedule or charge an additional fee.
We reserve the right to refuse service if our team feels unsafe or if the environment presents hazards not previously disclosed.
6. Liability Waiver
While we take great care to avoid damage, the customer agrees to release K&J Junk Removal and its employees from liability for:
Minor scratches, dents, or marks caused by moving large/bulky items
Pre-existing structural damage
Items not disclosed prior to removal
Loss or disposal of items not clearly separated or labeled
K&J Junk Removal is fully licensed and insured.
7. Recycling and Donation
Whenever possible, we will donate or recycle items in good condition. However, we do not guarantee that any specific item will be donated, reused, or recycled.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, images, service descriptions, and written content—is the property of K&J Junk Removal. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
9. Privacy
